Simply put, any information you provide us will not be provided to anyone else without your consent or a court order to do so. We do not and will not sell any information submitted to us, to anyone, at any time. What follows are the details of our privacy policy.

The South Family Genealogy Association operating as (referred to in this document as "KYroots") owns and operates and may operate other websites. It is KYroots' policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors and Users

Like most website operators, KYroots collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. KYroots' purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how KYroots' visitors use its website.
